Lisa Marie Tuaone
For 16 years, I climbed the corporate ladder — mastering systems, leading teams, and earning the title of “everyone’s favorite manager.” I built high-performing departments, mentored future leaders, and learned exactly what makes a business run smoothly from the inside out.
But behind the polished performance and long hours, I saw the truth: corporate America doesn’t always reward loyalty, protect its people, or honor the values that matter most. So I walked away from the system I once believed in — and built my own.
Today, I use everything I learned to help entrepreneurs, creators, and family-owned businesses build operations that actually work — without sacrificing their peace, purpose, or relationships. With Lisa Marie Management, I’m on a mission to turn vision into structure, and heart into legacy.

Part 1 of my empire dream is to proud resources and examples of community to grow yourself in your own niche world by supporting and being supported by those around you.

Real Estate Investing
Part 2 of my empire is to create a steady revenue for all companies in my community by investing in single-family homes and providing rental options for real families that may not have the opportunity to invest in a home. Or for the young families that have other ideas of a future.

Non-Profit Organization
Part 3 is my final part of my empire. This one will provide a soup kitchen aimed at providing fresh meals 3x a day to the homeless. This will also provide volunteer opportunities for the youth to learn valuable business and career lessons.
